Aligh Sports provides discovery of sports venues, session and event registration, venue booking, online payment, and community features through our website and mobile app.

Some services are operated by partner venues or third parties. The applicable rules are governed by the relevant venue or third party. Aligh acts as a facilitator and intermediary.

You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date registration information and keeping your credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be carried out by you.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately so we can assist.

You agree not to: post illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading content; impersonate others; interfere with platform operations; or scrape data using automated tools.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve all legal remedies.

Fees for sessions, venue bookings, or other paid services must be paid in accordance with the price displayed at the time of order. Actual charges and refund rules follow the rules posted on each session or venue page.

If a service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the platform, we will arrange refunds or compensation in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

All trademarks, text, images, videos, code, and UI elements on this platform are owned by Aligh Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written consent.

Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display it to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Venue, session, and community information is provided by venues, organizers, or users. We make reasonable efforts to verify but do not guarantee complete accuracy or timeliness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from force majeure, third-party system failures, or user-side issues.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and take effect from the publication date.

Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the first-instance jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
