Service Description and Transparency

We clearly disclose service details, pricing, time slots, capacity, and eligibility on each session, venue booking, and paid plan page, so you can review the details before purchase.

Venue-specific rules are also prominently shown on the relevant venue or session page.

Payment Security

Payments on this platform are processed by third-party providers certified to international standards such as PCI-DSS. We do not store your full card number or CVV.

All payment connections use encrypted transmission and are protected by risk management mechanisms that detect abnormal transactions.

Refund Policy

Refund rules for session registration and venue booking follow the conditions listed by each venue or organizer on the product page. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

If an event is canceled, cannot proceed, or services are not delivered due to platform or venue issues, we will help arrange a refund or compensation within a reasonable time.

Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the exceptions for distance contracts, sports sessions, event registrations, and venue bookings often qualify as 'personalized services' or 'time-sensitive services', which may not be subject to a seven-day cooling-off period.

Where exceptions apply, we will clearly disclose this on the product page. For items that are subject to cancellation, you retain the right to unconditionally terminate the contract within seven days.

Complaint Channels

If you have concerns about a transaction, service quality, or refunds, please first contact the venue or organizer. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may further submit a request to our team using the email below.

We will provide an initial response within three business days of receiving your complaint and help track the case.

Dispute Resolution

If the parties cannot reach a resolution, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan or your local consumer service center, or apply for consumer dispute mediation.

We commit to cooperating with the competent authorities in handling consumer disputes in accordance with the law and providing the necessary information.
